My Approach

Therapy with Anastasia provides an individualized approach to helping you overcome anxiety, depression, challenges in relationship and other life stressors. I will walk with you on the journey of healing as we rebuild your connection to self, others, your well-being and overall purpose.

  • Teen and Adolescent Individual Therapy

    I have a passion for working with teens and young adults as they face challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, building confidence and finding healthy and sustainable coping skills. I have worked with teens for over ten years in numerous settings such as foster care, schools, transitional housing, hospitals and telehealth therapy.

  • Adult Individual Therapy

    I offer individual talk therapy sessions for adults via telehealth. I would love to support you on your healing journey as we work through symptoms such as anxiety, depression, relationship stressors or life transitions. My goal is to be a safe space to empower you to find the answers and strength that I believe are already within you.

    I have extensive experience working with youth who are in the foster care system as well as teens and adolescents in schools all over Los Angeles County. Additionally, I have experience working in medical, housing, and private practice settings. My extensive and diverse background has prepared me to be a well-rounded clinician while also being able to draw from real life experiences to provide the best support and treatment plan for you.

  • Good Faith Estimate Notice

    You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who dont have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healhcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than you Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
